Initially light and sweet/delicate, quickly developing into warm spices, crushed coriander, earthy floral notes, and a peppery or chili-like finish.
FINISH
Sweet and lingering with piney juniper, citrus oils, and warm woody/peppery spices.
Bombay Sapphire Sunset (43%) - 100cl
AROMA
Big, soft, and warm with sweet spice, fragrant citrus freshness, tea-like cardamom lifts, and earthy turmeric.
PALATE
Fresh piney juniper transitions into bright spice, sweet-and-bitter mandarin orange, and the warm, rounded depth of cardamom and turmeric.
FINISH
Long and complex with a lingering aromatic warmth, peppery notes, and dusty floral turmeric.
Botanist Islay Dry (46%) - 100cl
AROMA
A bouquet of herbal freshness, bold juniper, sweet citrus zest, and delicate menthol. As it opens up, notes of apple mint, chamomile, coriander, and earthy cassia emerge.
PALATE
A satin-smooth, viscous, and velvety mouthfeel. It starts cool and citrusy before warming up with rich, mellow layers of juniper, wild herbs (thyme, wood sage, mint), and subtle spice.
FINISH
Long, complex, and warming, transitioning from gentle spices to light, delicate florals and spring woodlands.

Bright orange citrus, sweet orange blossom, and herbal botanical hints supported by a surge of bittersweet Seville oranges, with subtle undertones of crisp juniper, vanilla, and warm spice.
