We have a private WhatsApp group and Facebook page for all customers, where we aim to keep you up to date on stock and any offers.

Paperwork is essential!

To assist with streamlining workflows and boosting productivity.  We aim to keep everything as simple as possible.  If you need help, please reach out!  Please don't leave everything to the last minutes, get in touch with your order and departure date, time and place as soon as you can, this will help us plan our schedules. We need C945 approval, C944 and for first time customers we need a due diligence form.

Any recommendations or feedback?

If you have suggestions of what you would like us to stock in our bonded warehouse, we won't know unless you tell us! We like our customers to give recommendations, we will try to find the product with our stockists. Any feedback for us? Please let us know, we want to keep our customers happy :)
