Chivas Regal (12 YO) (40%) - 100cl

Round and creamy with notes of honey, vanilla, hazelnut, butterscotch, creamy barley malt, and allspice.
FINISH
Rich, lingering, with a touch of light spice and black pepper.
Drambuie (40%) - 100cl
AROMA
Rich heather honey, caramel, malt, and dried herbs, lifted by fresh orange peel, lemon zest, anise, clove, cinnamon, and a faint trace of oak and vanilla.
PALATE
Thick, velvety, and coat-like texture. Sweet dark honey, vanilla, and toffee balance against bright citrus peel, clove, anise, cinnamon, nutmeg, and earthy herbal roots, with the underlying Scotch providing malt and warming oak to cut the sweetness.
FINISH
Long, warming, and gently spicy, leaving lingering notes of heather honey, citrus peel, oak, and a mild herbal or medicinal trace.
Famous Grouse (40%) - 100cl
AROMA
Crisp and light, offering notes of toffee apples, candied fruits, buttery shortbread, citrus peel, and hints of dried flowers and biscuity barley.
PALATE
Balanced and biscuit-laden with a core of thick, creamy malt, rounded out by a soft, warm depth, bright fruit notes, and just a hint of spice.

Fireball Cinnamon Whisky (33%) - 100cl
AROMA
Heavy, sweet, and spicy cinnamon with light underlying hints of vanilla and spice.
PALATE
A strong, candy-like sweet cinnamon hit right away (reminiscent of Red Hots or Hot Tamales) that quickly transitions into a warming, peppery whiskey heat.
FINISH
Bold and lingering with a slowly fading spice, leaving a clean, refreshing, almost menthol- or mint-like cool note at the very end.
Glenfiddich VAT 01 (40%) - 100cl
